| History of PLUMP | P.L.U.M.P. Productions was put together by the great minds of Treneice Whitehead, Rochell Hill, and Kristen Williams also known as Mz Diva, Shay, and Kris in February of 2005. Together, they came up with the idea of having a plus size group that will help change the way today’s full figured female think. A lot of us “big girls” think that we are too big to be beautiful, too big to wear a certain outfit, or too big to hang out and have fun. Well we have come to tell you that we are putting an end to that train of thought. P.L.U.M.P. has hosted local meet and greets and parties. We are looking to expand and also promote fashion shows, photo shoots, rap sessions, dinners, seminars, etc.
We are all about doing something positive for our plus size community and we would like for all our thick and lovely ladies to be involved in this movement that will take over the world by storm. We have been pushed back for so long and now it is time for us to show “skinny America” that we refuse to allow them to place us on the back burner. If they don’t know by now, Sister Big Bones is today’s ideal woman. Inspired by Ms. Monique, big girls are taking over skinny America!!!

| |  | I just wanted to extend my gratitude and welcome all newly added PLUMP Stars to the forum. You will be able to converse with each other ladies through this forum by posting topics and giving your input on some topics being discussed. This is a positive based environment allowing some freedom of getting to know other ladies like yourselves. We promote good self-esteem, self-confidence,self-image,and self-love as well as GREAT HEALTH.
As we all at some point in our lives been faced with many challenges because of ourweight andlack of self confidence, NOW is the time to drop those negative thoughts and move into a new dimension of loving yourself andlovingwhat God has created you to be!!!
Please be mindful that NOT everyone is going to feel comfortable with opening up and telling you about their struggles and hurt through out life thus far. On the other hand, we would like for everyone to look at this as a way to letgo ofthose hurtful memories and evolve into a NEW YOU..become happy with the way you look. From that , you will start to feel better about yourself.Once you love yourself, you will be able to love others.
